FREE SHIPPING – We offer free shipping on orders over $75.00 (based on one shipping address).

CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES – via UPS Ground. Charges based on real time UPS, based on zip code and total weight of order. Orders called in to customer service are shipped the same way, unless special requests are made. When our warehouse has prepared and packed your order and is ready to be shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation via email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days after placing the order online or over the telephone. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are shipped within 1 - 2 business days as well.  

HAWAII & ALASKA – For orders $49.99 and under: $25 Standard UPS, $36 NEXT DAY AIR. For orders $100 and over: $25 Standard UPS, $45 2ND DAY AIR.

Overnight Shipping

Any overnight shipment requests please call us at 949-379-6765 in order for us to obtain shipping charges that will then be added to your order. 

International shipping

We’re sorry we are currently unable to accept international orders via our website. To place an international order please email customerservice@pureplanthome.com with the accurate shipping address along with your order and we will get back to you within 24 - 48 hours with shipping charges. You will be responsible for all clearance charges (duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees) associated with your order.

Returns and Exchanges

Complete customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us to arrange for a return authorization number, for exchange or refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

PURE PLANT HOME will accept a return on any product purchased by a direct consumer within 7 days. Please have your original order number when calling. 

We will exchange the product for the same or different product of the same value if you like, or issue a refund by check or credit card. A return address will be given to you at that time. Returns will be processed within 7 days of arrival at our warehouse. For your protection, we advise that you send returns prepaid, FedEx, UPS or registered mail, in a well packed carton or original packaging. We offer prepaid return labels which we can send via email for $10 deducted from your refund total. You are responsible for the shipping cost of your returned product.

Please note: the return of product is required for a full refund or exchange. We do not accept returns that are empty (used up) or in bad condition. We do not accept returns that have been used. For return purchases made directly at a retail store you must contact them. 

Damaged Products

In the event your purchase was delivered damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery by emailing jacqueline@pureplantspa.com with photos of your damaged products. Once we receive your return request we will issue you a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#). We must receive products back in its original packaging together with the RMA# and original packing slip. We will deduct the applicable shipping charges once the item is received and will refund you in the original form of payment, exchange the item, or ship out a replacement ASAP at no cost to you.
